Spent Xmas at a fantastic hotel by the lake. the complimentary breakfast and sauna were just what I needed after a long day of snow activities. the location was perfect; the snow-capped mountains surrounding the hotel made my stay even more picturesque. Lastly, the generosity of the staff was unbelievable, they went out of their way to cater to my needs.

Although the hotel was lovely, my only issue was the heater noise. It wasn't loud enough to disturb my sleep, but it was noticeable in the silence of the room.

Spent xmas in a hotel in Shchuchinsk and loved the holiday vibes. The cozy atmosphere and the warmth of the fireplace in the lobby were very inviting. , the hot chocolate offered by the hotel helped combat the chilly weather. Plus, the location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants.

The bathrooms were not up to par. The water pressure in the shower was too low and the toilet was not working properly.

In terms of recommendations, I would say that this hotel is ideal for families. The spacious rooms and the range of family-friendly activities, such as the game room and children's play area, make it a great choice for those traveling with kids.

We love staying in this lodge-style hotel with its wood floors and painted beams. the hotel is located by the lake, which creates a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It's perfect for any kind of activities like swimming, sauna, and gym, also for relaxing and enjoying nature with amazing views. the breakfast provides a variety of tasty options, and the personnel is supportive, welcoming, and competent in the fitness center.

One minor issue is the slowness of F&B service, but the food quality makes up for it.
